Shearwater is a waterfront, gated community that overlooks Spa Creek, consisting of 93 units and a deep-water marina.
The community has easy walking access to Eastport, the maritime district of Annapolis, and local shopping. It is on major commuter routes (DC is just 45 minutes away, and the DC Metro is 25 mins.) By water, it is just a few minutes to Annapolis Harbor and the Chesapeake Bay and our docks are served by the local Water Taxi. The Chesapeake Bay Bridge gives easy access to the Eastern Shore and the Delaware beaches.
