Marina
Shearwater Marina is a private marina, operated exclusively for the use and enjoyment of owners and residents of Shearwater Condominiums.
The marina includes 34 slips owned by the association, as well as 28 slips that are deeded to condominium unit owners. Other facilities owned by the association include 13 spaces for dinghies and 42 spaces for kayaks. Temporary dockage for transient vessels may also be available at a nominal rate to guests of Shearwater residents. Electricity and water are available to all users of the marina facilities at no charge.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts
There are 2 tennis and 4 pickleball courts open to Shearwater residents and guests. They have been recently refurbished and furnished with pickleball nets that roll out for use.
There is a community gas grill by the courts with picnic table and chairs for residents to use.
Pool
The swimming pool and sun deck are available in the summer/fall season. The sun deck is a delightful place to lounge and enjoy the sunset, and is a great place for cocktail parties. Tables, chairs and loungers enable sun seekers and families to soak up the rays and cool off in the water.
Recreation Building
The Recreational Building is for use by Shearwater residents and their guests. It includes a racquetball court and lounge area. Committee and Board meetings are held in the lounge.
Kayaking
Shearwater has a kayak rack with 42 spaces and a launching ramp.
